Professor Arthur Green is an authority on Jewish spirituality and mysticism. He was ordained at the Jewish Theological Seminary in 1968 and cofounded the Havurat Shalom movement in the same year. Green earned his doctorate at Brandeis University in 1975 and taught at the University of Pennsylvania for eleven years until he became the Dean of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College (RRC).
